Hehehe, seems like you can configure a barebone W1N here, in my city in Canada

www.memoryexpress.com

go "online quote" under the top banner, then mobile, and you can configure your very own W1N... too bad the barebones costs as much as an entire notebook (= they take it apart for you and sell the stock parts at your cost)

Are you sure this is not a bug? Because like you said the the barebones is as much as the whole notebook, but I don't see of any mention of what they plan to do with the spare parts once they reconfigure your notebook.
