What is the best Headset?

Hi,

I am looking for a real good headset. Meaning good Microphone quality and best sound performance available...

I looked at these four...

1. Plantronics DSP-500: http://www.plantronics.com/media/med...family_eng.pdf

4. Sennheiser PC 155 USB: http://www.sennheisercommunications.de/pc/pc155.html

3. Senheiser PC 150: http://www.sennheisercommunications.de/pc/pc150.html

I know the USB versions are alot more expensive, but does it make a difference in sound quality and performance? I have an external 24bit Creative 7.1 USB Soundcard connected to my notebook.

I think microphone quality should be equal of all four headsets, right? So it is up to sound quality and performance and the comfort of wearing them...e.g. do they hurt the ears or head after a while...

I have the Sennheiser PC-150's and they are the best headphones i've ever had. The sound is bright and clear with good, but not overpowering bass. The microphone is also very clear and easily swings up and out of the way when not in use.

One thing that can be an annoyance to others is that they do not cup your ears, so some sound leaks out. If you are going to be working in a quiet office environment with the sound up, other might be able to hear it.
