Can anyone please help me. Now, I'm having problem in running the laptop with the battery power. I haven't used my battery a couple of months (but I unplugged the battery), and today when I tried to run it on a battery, the system suddenly shuts down (there is a blue screen) whenever it starts windows. It can power up the laptop and I can go enter the SAFE MODE without any problem. The problem only occurs when I enter windows normally.
Can anyone please help me. Is it a hardware problem or just a windows problem? Any suggestion on how to fix it? btw, I am using windows xp pro sp2 clean install.
