Info about Dell 720 Printer

My sister got a Dell 720 printer free with her i1150, but has no need for it. She uses my printer (on the rare occation she prints) that I have shared on our network, so she wants to sell this one.

My question is what are the specs of this printer? I haven't opened the sealed manual and CD, so that it will be unopened when I list it on ebay, so I don't know if my answers are there. If anybody could list the following things:

Speed - B&W and Colour in ppm
Resolution - e.g. 4800x1200

Also, is this the same printer as the Lexmark z605? Thanks. IT is appreciated.

Specs:
-it's a piece of crap
-it's pretty much worthless
-i got one for free too
-havent' taken out of the box
-i'm going to give it to my friend for free
-it's ugly
-it probably has 1/4 full ink cartrige
-it's grey

I know they are crap, I just wanted a few specs so that I could get rid of it. I can sell it for about $40-50 over here.

So does anyone care to share specs, I am trying to sell this printer brand new at my school just need some info. Can't find anything on dells website.

I have a USB 2.0 connected Canon MultiPass 370 it takes 4 colors but comes out with the Light Magenta and Light Cyan also giving it 7 colors including the black cartridge. I used this same printer to print up about 900+ custom DVD covers which came out looking like a retail! I would recommend this model of Canon ink jet, especially if your into designing your own covers like I am. I still have the original scanning tutorial Matt DeVillier had on.

I refill my own ink cartriges from the bottom into the sponge which holds the ink, this printer will put Dells printer to shame period!

People don't seem to want to help with this because the printer isn't that good. Haven't even sold mine yet. It is just sitting around. Probably not worth selling. Just have it just-in-case.
