Beeping Bios

I spilt water on my 8887's keyboard and now when it boots it gets to the "press cntrl+....." thing and just hangs there beeping fast
any suggestions?

I attatched an external keyboard to it and was able to boot, the comp was acting like a keyboard button was being held down and when i got to the login screen the keyboard was typing "vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv...." across it without me touching it, so I detached the internal keyboard as per the manual it it still acted like the "V" key was being held down, even though tere were no keyboards attatched
any ideas?
