Ferarri 3200 clocking issues

Anyone have their Ferrari 3200 clock up to 1.8 GHz on battery....but clocks down to 800-1.59 GHZ when plugged in? It seems like the powerplay is reversed....shouldn't I be clocking down when on battery?

Any input on this would be great...thanks in advance.

This is a known bug with SP2, but selecting the Max Battery power scheme in the Power Options should fix it
