What is the best block size for my raid 0??? 4k, 8k,......

thank you!!!

I would go with 4k..

Stick with 4k. Its about the optimal cluster size in terms of space vs. speed.

What’s the different from 4k or 64k etc...?
If you set it to 64KB, then the smallest a file can be on the disk is 64KB. With lots of files, this results in a LOT more waste of space than with a 4KB cluster size, where a file can be 4KB at its smallest

I will use this computer for gaming and a little office work, so 4k is the best?

Does the block size affect the performance of the system; let’s say I make it 8k.

Would benchmarks also get affected or the block size doesn’t matter?

It won't make a noticable difference in performance, though it will in wasted space. 4KB is considered the optimal size.

Thank you, i guess i would do that.

One last thing, i heard that for gaming the best is 32k, is that correct?

I haven't heard that, though the only effect would be on load times, and with SATA RAID 0, the load times shouldn't be trouble at all on 4k. The 32k would greatly increase the amount of wasted space though.
