I just got my 9100 to replace my 8100 and I'm quite happy with it. I've only got ONE problem -- the CD/DVD drive. I've got the 8x DVD [Sony DW-R56A] and it refuses to read SOME of my burnt cds. I can read most of my burnt CDs [the media isn't the problem because it CAN read other burnt cds which were burned on the same media]

I can read the cds on my 8100, on the external dvd drive attached to my 9100 but not in the brand NEW drive in the 9100.

Anybody else having a similiar problem? Maybe I just got a freaky defective drive or is this drive just picky?
