Just a question about sending the laptop back for repair. I thought I was told by Dell that when I need to send the laptop back for repair they will overnight a box to me, I package the laptop in the box and use the label to send it back to them via DHL overnight, they fix it and overnight it back to me. Well I got the box on Friday, packaged the laptop, and called DHL. They screwed up the pickup so I didnt get it picked up until Monday. When I look at the tracking, it shows DHL 2 day service. Is Dell getting cheap, or is that standard practice. They told me it was all done through next day service. I have been without my laptop for over a week, and wont get it back until Friday at the earliest....
