will my origional problem is back.... which is weird.... any ideas??

If you didn't last time, go through that process of disabling DEP by editing the boot.ini file. If that doesn't work, or you've already done that, then it most likely isn't the same exact problem.

If you forgot how, here it is again:
Start->Run->Attrib C:\Boot.ini -r -h -s

Edit C:\Boot.ini to replace "/NoExecute=XXXXX" with "/Execute".

Start->Run->Attrib C:\Boot.ini -r -h -s

Restart

yeah i tried both, its not working....

and its only on certain movies..... which is weird... maybe its not a divx confliction
