I'll be signing up, can't wait to get my hands on this game!

On the other hand, I have only a dial-up connection. I've heard the Blizzard intends to make the game playable over dial-up, but I want to try it in open beta before I drop the cash for a retail copy.

Hopefully they start StarCraft 2 after they finish WoW.

I have a friend who played the Stress Test Beta on dialup, and he didn't have any trouble or slowdowns at all.

No, THey never do. Just like in Frozen THrone Beta all accounts were reset. Even all the people in Closed Beta Test loose their account when the game is released.

Lineage II you kept all your accounts I believe you will be allowed to keep your existing characters as an incentive to buy the game and keep playing.

Just for your information, dear i9100 users:

The game supports 1200x800 (yay) and when I ran it on MY laptop, which isn't all too powerful as you can see, I maintained a deadly 60 fps (max) with all settings to medium (high crashed the game).

Edit: whoops my signature is new
2.94 ghz 1 mb cache, 512 mb, 9700 128, 40 gb 5400 rpm, Dell drivers for the graphics unit
