Medion Laptop? Anyone?

What do you think of this? I heard they have pretty good price..

If you want it for games, I'd stear away from the 440go - otherwise looks like a decent laptop. I have never actually seen or used a medion, so I cannot make a statement of their build quality.

Finally, they have a price tag on that machine. $1499. Pretty good for a laptop with DVD burner, but not as good as I expected.

A few years ago, when Aldi started selling computers as special purchases (not a regular stock item), the prices where so insane low compared to other vendors that people started lining up in front of the store to get one and they sold out within minutes.
