Ive been researching here for a few months deciding on what will be my future laptop, and finally received my new Asus M6BNE yesterday. (a big thanks to all for reviewing this machine and making my decision a little easier) I wont bore anyone with pics or specs (they have all been posted here many times before) other than to say I got it with a 1.7Ghz cpu, 60 Gb 7200rpm HDD and 1 gig of ram. The build quality is very nice and it operates as fast or faster than my 2.8Ghz P4 desktop system. (havent tried it in games yet though)
I bought it from Integrated Systems Technologies Inc, off of Ebay and had it in my hands less than 1 week from the time I ordered it, from North Carolina to Washington State. The company was first rate and answered all of my questions immediately via email. I was reluctant to purchase off Ebay at first, but they were an established company, not a private seller and they had a 100% feedback rating! The whole transaction went flawlessly.
Im very happy with my new toy, I will be using it for a total entertainment/communications center (email/IM/DVD/web surfing/Office/games/etc) while I am away in the Army for the next 12 - 18 months. Add my name to the list of satisfied Asus owners.
