Can't Decide -- bought Sony Vaio K-27

Hi All,

I've been researching and am not totally confused as to what laptop to get even though I boutht a sony vaio k27 I think it's a bit too heaver at 9.7lbs but the xbrite monitor is simply amazing.

I'm looking for a desktop replacement but not too heavy. My main apps I use is photoshop, flash, dreamweaver and office. I have many windows and all these apps open at once

I dont want to go lower than a 15" screen.

My current desktop which works very well right now is an HP 2.6 AMD Athlon with 512 ram.

If I could find something to compare with that I would be happy. Again, screen is very important, battery life and the speed matching my desktop.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Well if you have the cash, the IBM T42 with the xbrite and sxga+ or uxga could fill your bill...
