Ok, so the Acer USA sales rep I've been talking with sent me a list of all the notebooks they offer in the U.S., and the configurations available. I know this is about 10-15% of how many there should be, and that one should be able to configure them beyond that. Does anybody know where I can find, for instance, any of the Acers with a 15.4" ws and a 1.7+ GHz Dohan (either the Aspires or the TravelMates)? I'm a big fan, but can't seem to find them.
