My 3790 power jack is loose.

So the power plug on my 3790 wiggles around a bit and it can come loose (breaking the connection) pretty easily.

Of course as I go to write this, I can't reproduce the problem. BUt it's happened consistently since I got the machine, and I'm pretty sure it would happen again.

Is this something I'll have to RMA, or is there possibly a couple screws I could tighten in the right place to make it better?

Do you know if they deal with all kinds of jacks or just the DC power jack solely?

dude beware. first mine was loose, then it broke off inside. I looked at the part and it just seems like a flimsy pos. I have to return mine to Sager for repairs, again. guess I will also now get around to having the touchpad fixed, AGAIN. guess I will also get the battery replaced or fixed. One of the two hooks that hold it on broke off (cheap plastic pos). so the battery comes loose easily and if not plugged in then immediately does a hard shutdown. really fun. I am never buying another Sager. I had a 5660 die on me after only 2 years. This one is now around 2 years old. Guess that is the useful life of these poor quality notebooks. Grrrrrrr.
