8790 fan noise?

My sager 8790 is great. However, one of the fans makes a really loud rattling when they kick in. It usually occurs after I have been carrying the laptop around so it has been in different orientations. The culprit is the smallest fan, if your looking at the laptop screen from the front, its the fan furthest to the left (memory fan??). Anyway, wonder if maybe bearings are bad or what. Its embarassing to start my laptop up in the school library for it only to sound like a piece! This things a fine piece of computorial equipment and it should sound like one. Anyone having similar problems??

PS I know the 8790 is already loud, but this rattling is too much to take. Help!!

had the same problem.. occasionally loud obnoxious fan fun time.. it rattles everynow and then, becomes constant on max fan (Fn+F10) eventually dying out. i RMA'd it back to sager to have it checked. they said it was "normal" fan noise. they replaced it anyway and sent it back. still have the rattling noise.
