Sager 4780 (Clevo D470V) has a problem with USB 1 devices under XP SP1 and SP2. The particular problem that I've encountered is with the Event Electronics EZBus. Event's drivers work on machines with USB 1 support but something isn't right on the 4780.
I looked for drivers to fix this problem but it appears that the drivers are coming from Microsoft through XP. Are there newer drivers available somewhere? I've checked Sager, Clevo, Sis, and the usbman.com site. Nothing available. Did an MS patch mess something up? Is there a procedure to make it work for USB 1 devices?

Sager 4780 specifications show that it has a SIS 963 chipset that supports USB 2.0
