When I try to enter my 3790 into standby mode I get the following message.
The device driver for the "Communications Port (Com 1)" device is preventing the machine from entering standby. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem presists, you may need to update this driver.
At the suggestion from a friend I updated the driver for the ATI mobility 9700. No help.
