Unfortunately, the USB, Memory card readers and firewire wer3e all flaky upon return. My laptop is back at eMachines for a second new Motherboard.
Question: Under eMachines Lemon Policy, how many repairs trigger it (I am now up to two) and Will I only get the same type of laptop back (M6811) or if a newer one is released can I get that?
Well, if No Lemon policies don't vary between companies, then you should get something comparable in price and/or specification to your original laptop if the M6811 is no longer in production at the time you're warranted a No Lemon exchange (what a run-on sentence THAT was). So, if something better comes out and it's a comparable price and/or close in specification (meaning if you had a 3000+ Athlon 64 and the new one is a 3400+ Athlon 64...something of the same name/type, just "upgraded", basically), then that's what you'll receive.
