Ogre and Veronica Reunited!

Great news guys, my 4750 is on its way back! I should get it by next Tuesday!

Sager got it last Friday and started work on Monday. They figured out that the problem was the mobo (didn't say if it was just bad or if it was damaged by heat) and they're also going to replace the heatsink just to be safe. They even applied AS5 for me! Not only that, but they're sending it back 2nd day Air! I sent it UPS Ground (via PCT's repair transit coverage which I'm very glad I got) so that was an unnexpected surprise. David Liu was very prompt in answering all of my emails as always, he does a great job.

I'm completely convinced now that Sager really is the awesome company we all say they are. The customer service is incredible. They made every effort to make sure that I was satisfied.

I think that once I get my 4750 I'll be doing a brand new updated review and I'll be adding my rating for Sager ...

and I guess test counter strike source. They even applied as5? That's unusual.

The thing I'm most excited about doing with my lappy is being addicted to WoW once the Open Beta starts pretty soon

*I think I convinced them of the benefits of AS5 in my emails.

meh, I just feel the need to redo the whole thing since so much has changed since I first got it, but I guess I can still use the same thread.

That's awesome service! I've read horror stories about some of the mainstream brands taking weeks (or even longer) to service a laptop.

Glad your getting "Veronica" back so quickly. Hopefully, no more problems.

Wow... that is pretty impressive. I'm considering Sager for my next purchase... which is yet a ways away.

sorry to disappoint Marquis, but I for one think the 4750 is quite sexy. Perhaps I can post some pictures of her "posing"
