My feeling is that you will probably adapt to the increased size very quickly, and also that you will be very glad you have the extra time. I ordered the larger battery with my 700m.

Regards

Look at it this way (in regards to the battery size), it's still not as big and heavy as an i9100.

latitude l400
latitude c400
latitude x200
latitude x300
latitude d800
precision m50
inspiron 700m
inspiron xps

BT500

I had one, and it was great at first, but when used for long periods it got uncomfortable because of its small size. Also, it chewed through batteries like you wouldn't believe. 1.5 weeks MAX was how long batteries lasted for me (rechargable 700mAh ones. Highest mAh I could find).

I now have a Logitech MX900, and it is absolutely THE BEST mouse I have ever used (and I have used quite a few). It is comfortable, works flawlessly with internal Bluetooth in my 8600 and has a recharging base to recharge every few days. Just sit it in the cradle overnight (or for 15 mins) and the battery is charged up. I don't take the base with me because it lasts about 4-5 days, and it is NEVER turned off (it has no off switch). It may cost more than other mice, but it is a worthwhile investment. The mouse is probably THE MOST used peripheral (other than screen of course ).
