Only thing I can find on alienware.com says...

Chassis
Exclusive Alienware Design and Construction
Dimensions (H x W x D): 1" x 11.5" x 9"

What Material is the Current Sentia Case made of?
Is the cover/screen a different material than the base/keyboard?

It is top secret. You must have level A3 clearance.

Rob,

My bro just got the Sentia and I got a chance to look at it. From what I remember, the case is plastic. I can't remember if there was a difference between the cover and the base/keyboard. I think there isn't. If anything, the inside case may be alittle bit smoother than the outside, but not by much. The outside of the case is not texturized. It looks REALLY good though, and it seemed sturdy to me. The monitor didn't seem to bend when opening it up on one side of the screen. Hope this helps.
