Ok, I built with a whole new computer with this motherboard, but the onboard sound is serouslyh bad. Like, I installed the latest drivers for it, and I can hear my self breathe when I use my mic. I'm just right there sitting or something, with no teamspeak or vent, and I plug in my vent, and everytime I outbreathe through my nose, I can hear it on my headset. I have green headset to green headset and pink to pink. This happens with all my headsets, and main big speakers... can someone help me? Also the drivers I installed were, Realtek AC'97 audio.

Try cutting down the microphone volume through Volume Control on the taskbar.

No doubt. I don't care how many channels of digital audio they proclaim that onboard sound gives, nothing beats having a Soundblaster Live!/Audigy card. With the Live!/Audigy you can mute your playback mic (which is what is causing you to be able to hear yourself breathe through your mic) and just select the recording mic to let others hear you through Vent/TS.
