For a lot of people it's locking the system whenever you right-click. There's a thread about it around here somewhere and alienware evidently is aware of the problem.

I hate to admit it but the first thing I'm going to do with my new desktop system is uninstall that skin. I was never a fan of those things...a resource is a resource and I want every last inch of them dedicated to Frames Per Second :-]

Did you purchase the Alien Ice Video Cooling? That is the fan that has the lights on it.
