my malaysian advise....the best quicker way is international wire transfer / TT. should take 3-4 days and it's a win-win situation. he cannot fraud you if he doesn't have the money in his bank account end of story. and once TTed, the money goes straight into your bank account. i've got client that if purchased large orders just prefer to TT the money, so much quicker, easier and fraud-free (note: only if you're the seller, you can use TT with peace of mind).
