Temperature on Acer Travelmate 4001WLMI

Hi people. Recently, i have both my first Notebook: acer travelmate 4001 WLMI, and i think than processor's temperature is very high.

On start , 24ºC , after 15-20 mins the temperature is 48ºC , and if i use programs with a high requeriments, the temp. is 52-60ºC . aT 60 the fan starts .


Is it normal ? I have a friend with 2.8 Pentium 4 M , and the processor is about 24ºC .....


What Happens ?


Please, help me .

It just could be the normal tempature of this computer... like the asus mb6e warms too that high and it has pentium m .

Sounds like your friend's P4 is dead. You are OK.

I think that his notebook have something wrong. The external temperature of both botebooks are the same, and software show 30ºC of diference.
