i9100 vs. zd7000

I am waffling between getting a i9100 and zd7000. I plan to get SXGA+ in either model. Other than getting some workout equipment to beef up in order to carry these things around can anyone shed some light on the pros/cons of each model?

I like Dell because my perception is the produce better quality and more machines. The Dell also costs a bit less. Performance is probably a wash (I am not a gamer). I saw a Brightview SXGA+ on the HP and I am thinking the same resolution across 17" will be easier on my eyes :-) I also think it might be easier to use on my lap (knowing than I will need to widen my sofa a bit).
Thanks.

The i9100 is no longer listed in the Dell Home section but it is listed in the Small business section. There has been talk of a 9200 series (17 inch screen) that would either be a.) a replacement of the 8600 or b.) a replacement of the 9100.

I priced around a month or so back and ended up with the i9100 and have been thrilled with it. I suggest to wait and see what happens with the i9100. My hunch is that the Small Business(SB) Inspiron area notebooks haven't had any desktop replacements and the XPS is more a gamers machine and therefore doesn't fit. My hunch is the 9100 will be sold only through SB and the 9200 will be sold through the Home section.

Someone asked this a few days ago and I gave my opinion from experience of owning both machines, check it out here http://notebookforums.com/showthread.php?t=45818
