How long will it take to get to me? And is there anyone I can email to find out for sure? Thanks!

The longer you wait the more chance of a backorder.

Luke said the orders for the 3790's have been rolling in since the price drop.

The 3790 is a beautiful computer. I recommend that you buy aNuShield for it so it has that "Xbrite" look and extra added protection to your investment. Considering that *ALL* Clevo distributers ship from California, you'll probably get it fast (if you order before they sell out). I'd estimate less than 10 days from the time you place your order to when the FedEx man is standing at your door in WA. Good luck.

Im taking a pretty long flight to the east coast in a couple weeks so I am trying to find out if I will get it before then.

If you order one today with the 12 cell battery, you'll have to wait. I ordered mine yesterday with a 12 cell battery and Luke at PCT told me today that the 12 cell batteries are again on backorder. I was told within the week.

Just ordered my 3790 from PowerNotebooks last night; should be here by this time next week.
2.0 GHz, 1024 MB (1 SODIMM), 60GB/7200 RPM, DVD/CD-RW, WSXGA+, 12 cell.
And a black business case. Joy.

Now begins the search for an 802.11g card for my PC and a USB TV Tuner.

Now begins the finger crossing for no dead pixels .

And just WTF is <-- that?
