No no no no no! Look at this pick: http://images.europe.creative.com/is...gy2_zs_n_b.jpg
That little port on the side is not a USB port that little adapter plugs into it then your 5.1, 6.1 or 7.1 system plugs into that.
And those other 2 ports are: optical, line and mic in and the other one is optical and headphones out.

Those ports double has Line In / Headphones out and optical connections. They are prolly just deep. The little slot might be USB but I doubt it, its for the multispeaker adapter dongle.

It's to thin to be a USB port, have a close look at that picture look at all the contacts on the adapter that plugs into it + it has a catch to lock it into place.
And those other 2 ports (i don't know how but) they are optical, line and mic in and optical and headphones out (all in 2).

anyway i WILL enjoy this one . just looking for some good 100$ headphones that go with it :P

If anyone has this card or get's it please let me know if the bass and treble controls in the sound mixer are toned out or are they in fact enabled. I have the AUDIGY2 NX EXTERNAL Soundcard which i really like except for the fact that the bass and treble controls are toned out of the soundmixer which makes a big difference for me. The bass boost and multiband equalizer that's included just doesn't cut it at all.

Mine is due in for the hinges as well. Let us know if they update your Bios for SP2 compatability.

Thx, mike

Now to find some 5.1's
Did Tom's hardware review a crop of laptop game cards? I think they all took a frame rate hit to CPU overhead. Cool way to watch DVD's?

Got it back, no bios updated and I have three dead pixels now. SP2 works fine but I flashed my own bios to the Gateway one.
