Computer Freezes When Any CD Inserted Sometimes In Startup

I've had my Sager 8890 for almost a year and had it in to be serviced twice. Recently When I insert a CD of any type it freezes my system completely (not even NumLK works). I tried installing the new bios and that didn't help. I even swapped bays. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

If you installed NERO from the OEM disk supplied by Sager, the 'InCD' feature which lets you format a CD so you can use it like a giant floppy is causing your computer to crash. You'll need to uninstall that feature to stop the crashes.

Many people have reported their computers freezing when they put in a CD when they had the "NERO INCD" program installed.

Roxio's "Drage to Disc" will sometimes exhibit the same behaviors.
