Not worrying here. Based on Intel's roadmaps, they should have a dual core P-M based chip out for laptops mid 2006 (ok, allowing for Intel's inevitable release slippage, LATE 2006 / early 2007). Which is right around the time I'm thinking I'll want to trade up.
