Xarthan, you are insane. People bug me because I have 3 laptops (my other one is an old IBM ThinkPad) and you take the cake. I bow to your awesomeness.

I've read that you should register or order as a reseller and sell unopened boxes, if you want to sell new Dells on ebay. A few people have said Dell is cracking down and may blacklist people from future deals, if they sell on ebay without registering. I'm not sure if this is really true and I'm sure there are ways to avoid getting hassled, but...
Anyway, my question is, if you sell a Dell a few months after you buy it and clearly advertise it as "used", do you still have to register as a reseller? Or does Dell not check up on used sales? Also, is it possible to easily transfer the warranty online or on the phone?
