It arrived today. The laptop is just awesome. Great documentation. No dead or stuck pixels. The screen is beautiful. THANK YOU ALIENWARE!!

I must say this forum IMO does a great service. I really don't know what I could have falled back on without it. All the posts kept me in the loop on what to expect. The phase game was killing me but enough posts about "hang in there it will come" kept my senses above water. I'm typing this from the new lappy. The first week will be interesting installing all my software and gearing up for some great gaming.
