Bought it off EBAY for 19 bux!!!
Came with win98/95 driver CD, (1) 6pin to 6pin Firewire cable, (1) 6pin to 4pin firewire cable, (1) USB to 2 USB cables, (1) USB to 5v adapter thingie, and (2) screws....

USB 2.0 worked great

Firewire 6pin to 6pin worked great

Firewire 6pin to 4pint took forever to work, Problem I had was getting power.... the USB to 5v power adapter didn't work so i tried a different power adapter, no go! so last resort I plugged the USB into the HDD box and plugged in the secondary USB cable to the Notebook (Its a red coated plastic usb connector, I think its for power) and that showed a HD drive "IEEE 1394" in the Device Manager Tab. And it finally worked after 3 whole hrs....

heres the scores using HD tune w/4200rpm Hitachi 10gb:

Firewire Port:

HD Tune: HITACHI_DK23DA-10 Benchmark

Transfer Rate Minimum : 12.8 MB/sec
Transfer Rate Maximum : 21.4 MB/sec
Transfer Rate Average : 18.5 MB/sec
Access Time : 20.5 ms
Burst Rate : 19.6 MB/sec
CPU Usage : 1.3%

USB 2.0 Port:

HD Tune: HITACHI_DK23DA-10 Benchmark

Transfer Rate Minimum : 7.8 MB/sec
Transfer Rate Maximum : 8.0 MB/sec
Transfer Rate Average : 8.0 MB/sec
Access Time : 20.6 ms
Burst Rate : 7.8 MB/sec
CPU Usage : 4.4%

I plan on putting my lappy's 5400rpm 60gb in the case and buying a hitachi 7200rpm for my 258KA [Uniwill].

it (the sig) was pretty annoying imo. maybe we can get more women interested in the sci-tech industries w/ that kind of crap, of course only if they're the backdoor kind that wear insanely short skirts and the right kind of panties. why didn't u put up a cool sig of some dude bent over? better yet, u put on the outfit and have a buddy take your pic in the same position and use it as your sig lmfao

Nice watch! Is that a quartz watch or a automatic/manual chronograph?
