What BACKUP program do you use?

This came up (for me, anyway) in another thread about external hard drives and those 1-touch deals...

WHAT BACKUP PROGRAM DO YOU USE?

Simple. I've used Veritas (at work) and Retrospect 6.x (at home) and still find myself looking for something better. Easier, quicker, cheaper, etc.

Please let me (and all the viewing members) know what you use and why - for personal / small-time backups (we don't need to know how your datacenter is covered! ).

For personal use, I use good old ntbackup.

I try and backup every two weeks or less.
