Damn Computer Crashes When Turning Off...Help

Ok what gives....why does it say "End Program - Available Networks" when it shuts down every time???

I have the Intel 2200 card with the latest drivers so I have no idea why.

Windows will close all the programs first before shutting down. So if you did not close them off yourself, you will get that message while windows halts the process's in open programs.

If you hibernate your notebook you will not have to shut off all your programs. I usually hibernate because it turns on and shuts off faster. What do other people do?
