What are the best speakers you reccomnd for the 8600 for under or around $100. And also, what does SPDIF mean, becasue its enabled in sound options? Thanks.

What do you plan on using the speakers for? Gaming, music, movies? Do you want a lot of bass or good sounding mids and treble?
You can check out the speakers on this website:

I think speakers are one thing where you get what you pay for...but i'm very particular. I don't know if you can get boston acoustics speakers, but i'm a big fan of those. You can always just go to best buy and play with the speakers there; you'll probably find some you like. I recommend klipsch's, theyre the best out there, but theyre probably out of your price range.
The klipsch promedia gmx d5.1s just went on sale from $300 to $150...i'd say everyone should go and buy those, you wont regret it...
