question on dead pixels

so my laptop has like 2 dead pixels in the middle / bottom of the screen (one green, one black). Pretty visible but no biggie, I didn't expect perfection. But there's also these tiny pixels on 1 of the very corner of my screen that looks like as if they're moving around up and down in that littel corner. Not sure how to quite explain it but they are not still like normal dead pixels I guess.

My question is, what is it and do things like these further affect LCD performance in the long-run (will they break down shortly)?

Other than the screen, I really like the laptop cuz it's FAST and that's what I was going for. Plus mobility.

oh sorry, another quick question. Is the built-in microphone supposed to be very ineffective? Because I was testing it and it seems to receive the tapping of the keyboard's sound better than me screaming. lol
