Phase 1 - Oct 5
Phase 3 - Oct 12 - I think they lost the financing information, I had to give them the tracking number from DHL so they could find the paperwork)
Phase 4 - Oct 16
Phase 5 - Oct 21
Phase 6 - Oct 27 - I called today, they don't have the Logitech mx1000 mouse I ordered, they also don't have panels, which I am assuming he meant lcd panels. The mouse isnt a big deal, but damn how the hell do they run out of lcds. I swear they need to kick the purchasing agents ass to the curb and get someone in who can keep their parts in stock. Waiting sucks.
Phase 7 - Oct 31 -

I don't think the problem lies in any mis-management on Alienware's part. They have one h*ll of a team. Im in New York waiting for Winter so I haven't had time lately to stop in on Alienware and check on what the problems are (j/k AW) but I would guess it has to do with Quality Control is catching bad incoming parts before they are sold to new Alienware owners. That would set back the manufacturing department even if it were in small amounts. and, I agree. waiting sucks Im still waiting for it to snow.

Also, keep in mind that AW has an highly sought-after product available only through them, so they realize that for 98% of the people ordering, they can basically take their sweet time.
