Holiday Sales???

I realize that it's only the tail end of October, but I'm saving money to buy a 8790, so this might be a relevant question.

I was wondering if Sager (or PcTorque.com) held any type of holiday sales around the christmas time. If that was the case, then it would give me more time to save money for more 'optional' accessories for it.

I'm not speaking for PCT or Sager - just passing my observations.

Both PCT and Sager already provide their configurations at "Bottom End" prices. They pass cost asdjustments (both up and down) to the customers as soon as they are know and apply the lower prices to units that have been ordered; however, were not yet shipped.

Save you money for the "goodines" and order at christmas time.

if u REALLY want to u could possibly wait until the day after thanksgivings. what is it black out day or something? There's probably going to be some sweet sales on that day alone. I remember last year my friend bought a toshiba laptop for $500 from best buy and even though it was a 2.4 ghz celeron it was faily decent. REMEMBER this was a year ago! i don't kno if best buy is goin to have any quality deals but that doesn't mean other places wont!
