Microsoft Game Advisor Problems?? HELP!!

I just tried using that "game advisor" http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/u...r/default.mspx and when i ran a test on the 9100 it gave me an error message. Something about one of my hardware or something is not recognized, i was just wondering do all i9100 with the mR9800 have the same problem or is it just mine??
