shocked by keyboard

is it just be or does anyone else get shocked alot by the xps keyboard? i can see where its happening...its the lil shiny things down there. ouch...its really annoying.

Do you wear something synthetic when it happens. Something that could generate static electricity right on you and then discharge on grounded notebook?
Does it happen only when the notebook is pluged or even when it works on battary?

so far when its plugged in. i've only had it today and its only been plugged in. its shocked me like 4 times already. hopefully its just cuz im full of static or somethin right now and doesnt happen to much in the future. didnt think about the static. thought those lil shiny things were just hot or something.

I've had that before too, but not for a while. 'Course most of the time I use a Logitech Duo instead of the XPS keyboard.

just got my compaq cordess duo tonight and plugged into my tv... i like it.

no shocks here tho
