As you probably already saw on the configure page it shows the different resolutions for each screen. If you didnt see here they are:

WXGA= 1280x800- Dont know much about this resolution, probably good if you do a lot of word type programs and your eyesight isnt that great
WSXGA=1680x1050- Great for games and all around good resolution according to many people on this site.
WUXGA=1920x1200- Great for aplications like Maya and Photoshop but only if have good eyes

You can always change the size of the text on all of these resolutions to fit your preference. I would reccomend going to Best Buy or some other place where they sell laptops and look at the resolutions, you probably wont find many with a WUXGA screen. Thats just my two cents.

Take a look at the link NverSage put up if you havent already, thats a great comparison of the WSXGA and the WUXGA

Thats just how its done, I woudlnt worry too much about the "+"

+ is part of the resolution
so WXGA+, WSXGA+, and WUXGA are your resolution choices

Like before WUXGA , WXGA, WSXGA are all screen types. Basically the difference comes down to the native resolution you want to run it at. The WXGA + glossy screen is either a take off of sonys xbrite or they are adding what others have already been doing with is putting a screen protector on the screen. The only other difference between the models is the number of pixels or colors on the screen, The WUXGA will have more pixels on the same screen size wich will give a sharper image. The WXGA will look fine if you need the small screen resolution. But I went with the WUXGA for the sharper Image and just run my desktop at a lower resoultion the than nataive. Personal choice on desktop nataive resolution and sharpness of image
