Issue with maximum performance setting and 9100, power mode issue

i have the maximum performance option checkmarked in quickset. i keep unchecking "turn off monitor" in the power options section, but everytime I reboot my pc it puts it back to the "turn monitor off after 15 mins" mode.

How do I make it "stick" ?

You need to click save as and save it as a new profile....

sigh, now whenever i reboot the maximum option is never checkmarked and under power schemes it only shows laptop. what happened?
