We also get our share of complaints. There wont be any changes to allow a person to stalk negative posts and exploit them. there haven't been too many posts where a person praises the Alienware that a neighbor bought but we do have to deal with a lot of outright Alienware hate. This forum is not here for Alienware to be bashed by people that don't own Alienware. This forum is here so that people have a resource for information and a place to tell about complaints. Thank you for seeing what I was trying to convey and addressing my question directly. I fear Craig was still a little too hot over the issue to take my post for what it was. As I briefly stated at the beginning of the post I do understand where you guys are coming from and why you must act as you do for the betterment of the forum(mods, members, and owners the same). That was kind of the point of the whole thing.
