4380 Dead in 2 days.....HELP AGAIN!!!!

I really hope this wasn't a mistake to buy another Sager.
I have had this 4380 for 2 whole days and now it's DEAD.
This was to replace my 5660 which suffered a video/mainboard failure after less than 2 years.....
When I started the 4380 up, I had alot of problems trying to get the ATI drivers to work. After many LATE hours the first night, I gave up and called Sager the next day. We were both stumped. I could install the drivers ok but on reboot the system would blue screen. I had to go "safe" and uninstall the drivers to get it to boot. System seemed to run fine but the refresh rate sucked...
I installed the Omega ATI driver and Viola!!! it worked.
I was just finishing transfering files to the 4380 from my dead 5660 HD and the 4380 turned itself off. No, it was not hot. Fan was running on low....
It rebooted and everything was fine for about another half hour.
Then..... LOCKUP!!! Screen locked and everything went silent......Except for me swearing....

Now when I boot, it wont "post" and it gives me 3 beeps... 1 long 2 short...
Anybody know what they mean????? Sager doesn't put it in the manual so I have know idea of whats up.....
Help!!!

Hey Thanks!!
According to your link, it is the display adapter.
Well, maybe that explains why I was having problems getting the driver/software for ATI installed. Sager suggested that there may have been an issue with the video adapter also.
Guess I will be Lappyless for awhile again!!!!

UGGGhhhh...

Sager is replacing my 4380. Should have the new one this week....
Seems like electronics that are going to have a problem usually happen in the first month ....
They told me to keep my HD which made me pretty happy being that I spent a couple of days moving all of my old files/programs and getting things the way I like it......
Lets hope the new one is MUCH better....

Well, back in business
New unit showed up yesterday and all seems good.
I do have 1 dead pixel on the new 4380. Not to bothersome though...
Nice to have a Lighter KickButt lappy than my 5660!!!
Sager was pretty helpful during all this. They told me to keep my HD and stuff and they would just ship the laptop.
Now for some burn-in!!!!
