yeah, but i do have a media reader, but it doesn't read my card right for some reason. maybe you can help me on this. i put the card in the reader, it comes up with 2 folders. one folder is empty, the other one has another folder inside, and inside that folder is all the pictures. but when i try to open one, nothing comes up except a red X. but they show up fine in the camera

ok my post office gave me a form to fill out, but before they will do anything, your going to need to send me, the original reciepts , tracking, insurance, and sales reciept. and evidence of value, showing what the laptop is worth.. and estimate for repair,( if applicable ) Which I think AW will charge u like more than what u insured it for to repair it,lol but i dont think u need to worry about the repair thing, just the first thing..

well this is getting worse and worse. i guess i'm going to call Karkass's post office in the morning and see what they say. but clearly i can't send him anything orginal, cuz then i would have no proof of anything. this is looking more like a scam every second. would you please send me the pictures of the cracks? and of the reciepts? it can't be that hard. thanks

just call my post office in the morning, and u will find out what they told me is true..

I will also have pics of the cracks etc.. for ya tomorrow, i will post them in this thread.

i wish you could post them tonight. i'm beginning to think that the best thing for you to do is just sent it back to me. where exactly is the crack? is anything else wrong with it? could i fix it? does it work?

lol i didnt add a crack, he wanted to know where the crack was, and yours was the only one i could fine with the profile shot. Na dit says temp pic, on top of that, i didnt say ok here is the picture of the crack.lol u need to learn how to read..

All i did was try to circle and draw a line to show him location.

The real pics will be up around 3 pm, or if I find my usb cable it will be sooner.

The thing is, its damaged.

his post office and my post office are saying diff things on the insurance claim.

mine want him to send the original insurance, reciept, etc.. and something to show its value. then i have to fill out a form. then they will look at the package.

But he feels better if i send it back and let him deal with his post office..

I told him to call my post office so he will fiind out what he needs to do..

I will send it back, thats not a problem, I just dont want it to screw up his claim..

no offense, but you *could* concievably be doing a scam and adding temp pics is just a whole nother part of it.. I'm sure thats not the case but I'm just putting out the facts ^^

that why i wrote: "oh crap nevermind" on my first post... i read the name of the pic file...

but you should have written something else to let people know... like..."USING PIC OF DUKE'S PC TO SHOW WHERE CRACK IS"...

I was just clearing MY name... youre the one who may look suspicious now...

well i called your post office and all i get is a answering machine to leave a message. i googled the phone number and it does show up as a post office, but they are supposed to be open right now. i don't get it

well, i had my dad send it. he said that he did it how the lady at the post office told him, which wasn't much. so does this mean i can't get my money for it? even though i had it insured, it doesn't cover bad packaging. what do you think?
