This isn't mine, but my friends that I just put water cooling system loaded with antifreeze in today. It is really nice, but not that new. It has the following:
AMD 64 3500+ (OC@ 2.6GHz!!!!!!!)
1GB Kingston PC3200 Ram (OC@436MHz!!)
ATi 9800XT 256MB GPU (OC@ MEM CLOCK 425MHz!! Core Clock 500MHz!!!)
Dual RW Drives (CD and DVD+-)
7X system FANS (1x 120mm) COupled with Homemade Liquid Cooling with a Radiator system using 4X 80MM Typhoon fans on the Liquid Raditor Surface.

HERE ARE THE NICE PICS I TOOK TODAY, BUT AS SOON AS I BUILD MY NEW BEAST IN MY SIG, I'LL BE SURE TO POST PICS... 7 MORE DAYS!!

Ive got some old pics of my comp. It's still aircooled here:

I took some pics while i was setting up the watercooling. Did a few mods to the case and constructed a custom reservoir and radiator housing.

Specs:

Pentium 4 2.4C @ 3.3GHz (275fsb)
Asus P4C800E-Deluxe
2x 512MB Corsair XMS4400 Dual Channel
2x 36GB Raptors in Raid 0
Antec TruePower 550W
Seagate 120GB Barracuda IDE
Western Digital WD1200JB Caviar
Sapphire Radeon 9800pro (R350 core + Samsung 'E - Die' RAM)
Creative Audigy 2 ZS
Winfast TV2000XP Expert TV Tuner card
Samsung 52x Combo drive
Sony 32x CD/RW (4 years old, whoot)

In the original pics, the CPU was cooled by a Thermalright SP-94, rest is stock.

Now, im watercooled with:
Dangerden RBX CPU Block
Dangerden Maze 4 North Bridge Block (going to be taking this out of the loop and using a Thermalright NB-1C because it's been causing me too much greif)
Silverprop Cyclone FusionHL GPU block
Swiftech MCP600 pump
2x D-Tek JR-120 radiators in paralell
1/2" ID Clearflex 60 tubes.
