Dell Printers

Thread Starter
I got a Dell 720 printer with my 8600, and I'm running out of ink. Is there any other place than Dell to order new cartridges? There prices are pretty high, $27 for just a black cartridge, plus shipping. Do those refill kits work well?

Hey Tek, I have been looking for specs on the Dell 720 printer because I have a brand new one that I want to sell. Could you tell me some basic specs like ppm. Appreciate the help.

Don't buy a Dell printer they don't work too hot buy a Canon 370 M/P, you will not regret my advice. I have a 48 bit scanner 2400 X 1200 DPI and good use will prevail on your Canon purchase rather than throw your money buying Dell.com products.

BTW I refill my cartridges from the bottom and save a lot more money than buying new expensive cartridges.

What about the A922s

I would recommend against purchasing a Dell printer (I know that they are free sometimes). You have to buy the ink from Dell and have it shipped to you, and I've heard that Dell overcharges you for the ink as well.

I would recommend an HP printer instead.

Out of many printers I have owned one Lexmark (which Dell rebrands). And I stress ONE. Not great.
